"And what, monks, is that path, that way of attaining final Nibbana without clinging? It is this Noble Eightfold Path; that is, right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right concentration. This is the path, the way for the fading away of lust.”

This guide to Vipassana meditation is in two parts. The first contains relevant texts from the Buddha’s discourses concerning the five aggregates of clinging. The second part is based on essays on the mind and meditation taken from non-canonical sources and Dhamma teachers. There is also an insight meditation exercise for those who are new to meditation or do not have a meditation teacher.
