Bhante Gunaratana discusses the second stanza of the Metta Sutta, focusing much of the talk on the notion of being content.  The four requisites, robes, food, medicine and shelter are detailed and are multiplied by the notions of strength of the giver, acceptance without complaint, and suitability.  Discussion of the third stanza of the Metta Sutta is begun.
