Youth Retreat

What does Youth Only mean?

Teacher: Bhante Rahula

This retreat is designed for youth to learn how to practice sitting and walking meditation, as well as meditation through yoga exercise. The goal is to introduce the teaching of the Buddha to high school and college students both in theory and for everyday life. Unlike other retreats, meals will be served three times on Saturday. 


Note: First time people should be at Bhavana by 4:30 p.m. on the first day of the retreat. Everyone else should be here by 5:00 p.m.. All retreats end after lunch on the last day.
Although every retreat is slightly different here is a typical retreat daily schedule.
