This retreat is for women only. This retreat will be a time to recommit to the fundamentals of vipassana and sharpen your mindfulness, both on and off the cushion. Ayya Sobhana will focus on using the five aggregates of clinging (panc’upadana khanda) as the key for mindfulness of emotions.
