What does Any mean?

Teacher: Bhante Seelananda

This retreat uses basic samatha vipassana (serenity and insight) mindfulness (vipassana/insight) practice as a springboard for seeing the reality of the mind. The practice will include sitting, standing, and walking meditation, Dhamma talks, question and answer periods and optional teacher interviews.


All retreats begin between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the first day. Please arrive to allow enough time to complete registration here and settle in before the retreat begins. All retreats end after lunch on the last day.
Although every retreat is slightly different here is a typical retreat daily schedule.
