Teacher: Bhante Seelananda

This retreat is for those new to meditation.  There will be instructions and assistance with sitting and walking meditation and a brief introduction to Buddhism.  The schedule is less rigorous and guided meditations and interviews will be offered.


All retreats begin between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the first day. Please arrive to allow enough time to complete registration here and settle in before the retreat begins. All retreats end after lunch on the last day.
Although every retreat is slightly different here is a typical retreat daily schedule.
