"The Tathagatha… is the originator of the path unarisen before, the producer of the path unproduced before, the declarer of the path undeclared before. He is the knower of the path, the discoverer of the path, the one skilled in the path. And his disciplines now dwell following that path and become possessed of it afterwards.”

Seven Factors of Enlightenment

“This retreat is for meditators with some experience with sitting meditation of periods of forty-five minutes or longer”. We will focus on the seven “beautiful” qualities which lead to the enlightened mind and, in fact, constitute the enlightened mind.  The emphasis is not on watching the mind, but on transforming the mind.

All retreats begin between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the first day. Please arrive to allow enough time to complete registration here and settle in before the retreat begins. All retreats end after lunch on the last day.
Although every retreat is slightly different here is a typical retreat daily schedule.
