- You must re-confirm your plan to attend the retreat 10 days before the start. If you do not re-confirm, we cannot guarantee a space for you.
- Arrive for retreats by 4:30 p.m. if this is your first retreat; otherwise by 5:00 p.m..
- Retreats end after lunch on the last day
- You are expected to stay until the end unless you notify us in advance. Partial attendance is not allowed.
- Public Transit is not available to Bhavana. Please check our how to get here page for more information.
- Traffic around DC can be heavy at rush hour so plan ahead.

To make registering for retreats and visits quick and easy, the Bhavana Society website allows you to creat a user account.
